- A U.S. referred accounting history journal. Established in 1974 and published semi-annually by the *Academy of Accounting Historians, the journal is available in print format only. Its editorship changes annually. This highly scholarly journal disseminates research into aspects of accounting history, including a significant emphasis on auditing history. The journal’s notes declare its aim of embracing "all subject matter related to accounting history, including but not limited to research that provides an historical perspective on contemporary accounting issues." Its coverage is international.
