CoCo Board A body established in the early 1990s by the * Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants to provide guidance on *corporate governance and *internal control. Its *Control & Governance Series included the well-known *Guidance on Control. In 2001 the CoCo Board changed its name to the *Risk Management and Governance Board.
