Greenbury Report
A British *corporate governance report of 1995. The report was prepared by a study group under Sir Richard Greenbury, and it addressed *executive remuneration. It was later revised as part of the *Hampel Report (or Combined Code) of 1998. Further reading: Greenbury Report (1995)
