ICGN An organization dedicated to the global promotion of *corporate governance. Founded in 1995, and with its administrative base in London, the ICGN is a forum for auditors, bankers, corporate governance experts, institutional investors, and others to exchange views and to reach common positions on corporate governance issues. The ICGN publishes reports and public statements on matters ranging from *financial reporting standards to *executive remuneration to the responsibilities of institutional investors.
